Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
1. Programme Administration
* Responsible for the full spectrum of training administration and coordination as well as smooth running of assigned executive programs.
* Coordinate with client and faculty on requirements and deliverables.
* Manage admin matters such as pre-readings, course materials/folder compilation, monitor project submissions, results and evaluations tabulations, keeping track of participants’ assessment grades, modules taken
* Organise post-program briefings/feedback session
* Administer fee collection, invoicing and payments
* Coordinate faculty’s schedules and time-table for the programs.
Requirements
* Degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
* Resourceful, confident, organized, meticulous and responsible, good with data and details
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpointetc).
* Strong communication (both written and spoken) & interpersonal skills
* Strong service orientation
* Able to work positively, productively with diverse agencies/companies/
* Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and complete tasks within short deadlines
* Excellent time, resource and project management skill
* Team player
